There's a flaw in the design: the shutter mechanism lacks two holes to reveal the pinholes when the shutters are open. The holes are visible in the instructions, though (see picture). Also, I recommend to paint the light splitter black to minimize reflections.

I think there are tabs missing from the outer skin for top and bottom. They won't close... Also I recommend using a heavier paper for the exterior and legs.I didn't have problem with shutter covering the holes though. Check your diagram to cut out the holes. Bravo on painting the interior separator black.

hi … unfortunately, i don't understand how to assemble the shutter mechanism. also, i'm still trying to guess if the shutter mechanism goes into or in front of the corpus. could anyone please load up a picture of his or her camera "in the nude"? (the camera. not you.) thanks.
